I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff here are the friendliest and gave us the best service with their great service. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, from the in-room safe to the mini-bar. The location is perfect, nestled in a residential neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the leisure spa and wellness center. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being near major shopping malls and in the heart of everything. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a good mattress and soft pillows. the bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. the breakfast had a decent variety of food and tasted good. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The lighting was dim, making it hard to work.

Great service and beautiful decor. the staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even better. the location was perfect for us as there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was superb. the massage at the hotel spa was also a highlight of our trip.
There was a bad smell coming from the sink and the bathtub plug was leaking.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel is located near good restaurants and in a safe neighborhood. One advantage was the complimentary foot massage - a wonderful perk after a long day of exploring the city.
Our requests were often ignored or met with an apathetic response, and we were left feeling unwelcome. The breakfast had limited options and lacked flavor.
